Happy Back-To-School!  I am excited about starting a new school year!

My job description this year has changed a bit.  I will still be mostly supporting students who need help in reading.  I will be overseeing the Reading Corps program at our school.  And I will be helping with the Autism program at our school.  It's going to be a great year!

I had a terrific summer doing all the things I love to do: going to my kids' ball games, walking,  golfing, redecorating, cleaning, traveling, and doing laundry!  We had an extra special event happen this son, Sam, got drafted by the Cleveland Indians team and is playing Rookie Ball for

I want to tell you a little about myself.  I am starting my 26th year of teaching.  I have taught every grade K-6th.   I have my master's degree in Special Education and also have a coaching license.  I live in Shoreview with my husband, David, and our three kids, Sam-18, Annie-16, and Jack-12.  We have a dog named Louie.  We all love sports and music.

If you need to reach me, please email me at or leave a message with the school secretary 668-5040.  I will get back to you as soon as I can.
