Mr. Pritchard
Preparing for biking to Lake Nokomis for our fishing adventure. Look what I caught!

My name is Andy Pritchard.  I am the Physical Education teacher at Lake Nokomis Community School Wenonah. I graduated in 1985 from St. Olaf College and then received a master’s degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato.  I also have a certification in Developmental/Adapted Physical Education.

My wife's name is Emma.   We have 3 children - Kevin, Nicolas and Karina.  I enjoy running and trying to stay fit.  I love my job of helping students to appreciate physical activity.

I also have after school classes that run throughout the year with new sessions starting every

5 or 6 weeks.  This is an opportunity for your child to get extra activity in a fun setting and make new friends.  This class is operated through "Active Solutions - PE Teachers On Wheels."  We also have summer and school break programs that take place at Burroughs Community School and other sites in Minneapolis.  Gym games, biking, kayaking and fishing are some of the activities that we do with the children.  Here is a link to our website:
