Monday, March 20, 2017

Do now: Illustrate two examples of light refraction in water.

Demos: Absorbtion, Transmission, Reflection
Vocabulary:
Absorb: To take in something in a natural or gradual way
Transmit: To pass through a substance or object without being absorbed.
Lab: Identify if the following objects, reflect, absorb, or transmit light (Aluminum foil, plastic wrap, blue paper, lined paper, and mirror)
Doodle notes: Reflect, refract and absorb
Exit ticket: you are eating cereal with a metal spoon. Is it reflection, refraction, or diffraction? Explain why?
